Overview

Improving MRT Jakarta Users Experiences

Based on the previous year's reports and our observations, UX in MRT experiences are influenced from many attributes, from the operational system until the emotion-built in each user. This allows us to pin point a relatable problems which analogically hits two birds with a stone. The waiting time which influences to crowd management becomes an issue we find interesting ,to utilize more of MRT's facilities, particularly the commercial screen in MRT's platform area (near the uncrowded cars) to help navigate users toward more uncrowded area in a unique way.

Observations

MRT Stations observation

We have a challenge to build an application that impresses our fellow learners in the workspace. The constraints include a stringent deadline to roll out a prototype MVP within two weeks with the small team.

User Interview

Conduct interview to MRT Users

We have a challenge to build an application that impresses our fellow learners in the workspace. The constraints include a stringent deadline to roll out a prototype MVP within two weeks with the small team.

Selected Problem

MRT passengers have boring and unpleasant waiting-time experience in MRT platform as well as the crowded area near the escalator.

We have a challenge to build an application that impresses our fellow learners in the workspace. The constraints include a stringent deadline to roll out a prototype MVP within two weeks with the small team.

Solution

How might we increase efficiency of each Platform by move the the crowd in a fun way

Concepting

An Short Game feature to kill time and easy to Play

[What is the outcome we are trying to achieve? What does success look like?]

- Improve user's experience waiting time

- Ensure users to be aware of environmental issue (trash)

- Enhance MRT's TV screen to be more expanded to interactive game experience.

Draw and Make it Live

Coaches find difficulty in obtaining crucial summary data about their enterprise and the consumer

Single Motion Game

Coaches need to construct nutrition and workout schedules individually for each member, and these aren't easily altered if the client desires change

We have a challenge to build an application that impresses our fellow learners in the workspace. The constraints include a stringent deadline to roll out a prototype MVP within two weeks with the small team.

Mechanic and Wireframe

Easy to way mechanic and gameplay

We utilize MRT's commercial screen by implementing a motion-based game using the AppleTV and iOS that allow users to experience an interactive game for their kill-time which also improves on handling the MRT's crowd management while reminding users about environmental awareness.
